WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
Group Fitness Instructor
Salary Range: $20-35 per hour based on experience,
certifications and education. This position is paid as an
independent contractor.
Hours: Classes are 45-60 minutes in length, AM and PM
classes available.
Currently Seeking Instructors for: Silver Sneakers, Spinning,
Boot Camp
Qualifications:
Formal interview, which may include a written and practical
assessment to demonstrate knowledge and competency as a
group fitness instructor.
Current national certification from ACE, ACSM, AFAA, YMCA,
NSCA or Cooper Institute.
Current CPR, First Aid, AED certifications
Ability to relate and communicate well with individuals of all
ages, races, religions, and communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least six months of experience teaching group fitness
classes.
The ability to teach a variety of class formats is highly
desirable.
Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Providing safe and effective fitness classes.
